What is AgTerms?
AgTerms is farmland lease management software. Farmers and landowners share one place for farm lease agreements, cash rent payments, notice deadlines, renewal dates, documents, e-signatures and field updates, instead of paper files, spreadsheets and scattered texts.
Who is AgTerms for?
Farmers who rent ground from one or many landowners, and the landowners who rent out their farmland. The farmer manages the land, terms and records; each landowner sees only the agreements, payments, documents and updates shared with them.
How much does AgTerms cost?
Farmers can manage up to 2 active leases free, with no time limit. Unlimited leases cost $15 per month, or $144 per year. Landowners join free when a farmer invites them.
Can lease agreements be signed in AgTerms?
Yes. Generate a lease or related document from a template and send it for electronic signature by link. The signer does not need an AgTerms account, and the signed record stays with the agreement.
Does AgTerms track rent due dates and lease notice deadlines?
Yes. Rent payments, notice deadlines and renewal windows are tracked for every agreement, shown on a calendar, and sent as email reminders before they come due.
